We are currently looking for a chef for our multicultural kitchen team for Grand Joanne on Vesterbro.

Grand Joanne offers guests 162 hotel rooms, an Italian restaurant & bar “Joanne's”, a rooftop terrace and several meeting and event spaces. But it is more than just that—it’s a place where warmth, personality, and service come together to create something special.

Opportunities for your role
As a Chef de Partie, you will join a vibrant an energetic team of passionate chefs. Together, you will strive to deliver the best service and cuisine possible.
This is a full-time position, where you will help delivering amazing food experiences for our breakfast and lunch guests. You will mostly work in the morning, and are able to work all days if needed.
We want to be able to provide excellent and memorable experiences to our local and international guests. All while delivering quality and service to perfection, in everything that we do and offer.
Therefore, you have a great passion for food, beverage, diversity and culture, and we will do our best to help you expand your knowledge.
We believe in transparency and trust, and offers any support you'll need to better yourself. Our main value is "be nice" and it'll need to resonate somewhat within you.
Who you are:
- Educated in the culinary field
- Previous experience in hotel breakfast kitchen. Italian cuisine is a plus.
- Able to communicate in English on a professional level, both written and verbal.
- Know how to work together as a team.
- Able to follow SOPs, cleaning practices, and service standards.
- Able to work mostly morning shifts, few occasional night or middle shifts. Flexible to work all days of the week.
- You are a foodie and passionate about service.
- Represent Grand Joanne in a professional and kind matter, at all times
- Start as soon as possible
