The Role

As part of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible ensuring service standards, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This is a role for someone who wants to bring fresh ideas, energy, and motivation to the team. You will play an important role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and living the Grand Joanne values: “Be Joanne. Be nice. Be local. Be there”.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Day-to-day receptionist tasks.
• Handling guest feedback and finding solutions that improve satisfaction.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Being open to working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Who You Are

• An experienced front office professional, preferably with SAP skills.
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited to bring new ideas to the table.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of the Danish language is preferred but not mandatory.
• A problem-solver who takes initiative.
