The Role

As our Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring service standards, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth end-of-day operations, and living the Grand Joanne values: “Be Joanne. Be nice. Be local. Be there”.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working night shifts, assisting end-of day tasks are being taken care of.
• Answering guest emails and requests through third-party platforms.
• Handling guest feedback.
• Collaborating closely with the day shift to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Being open to working weekends and holidays as needed.
  

Who You Are

• An experienced front office professional, preferably with HMS Infor skills.
• Someone who is excited to bring new ideas to the table
  
• Someone who is used to working night shifts by themselves.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of the Danish language is preferred but not mandatory.
• A problem-solver who takes initiative and handles challenges with confidence.
