We are currently looking for a full time Night Receptionist for the Front of House team of Grand Joanne on Vesterbro starting November 2024. You will be working with, but not limited to:

• Maintaining a high level of security for our guests and premises
• Maintaining a high level of service for our guests
• Assisting guests with sales from our shop and living room
• Assisting team with administrative assignments
• Preparing the premises for a new day
• Welcome guests home and assisting with checking guests in and out
• Answering e-mails and phone calls -
• Assisting our guest in anyway needed
• Following SOP’s and reporting any discrepancies to management

Our expectations about you:

• Work permit for Denmark
• Have experience working night hours
• Previous experience within hotel
• Communicating efficiently in English, verbally and written
• A Scandinavian language is preferred but not required
• Being comfortable working by yourself
• Being able to time manage efficiently
• Puts a pride in delivering a high level of quality service
• Help team with maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
• Understanding the importance of maintaining a high level of safety for guests by using the tools offered by management
