Opportunities for your role

As a Porter you are part of our Front Office Team and will be one of the first point of contact for all guests. You are primarily responsible for greeting and welcoming the guests, relieving guests of their luggage upon arrival.

What you will be doing:

• Welcome and greet all guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests by relieving them of their luggage and ensuring safe and proper handling.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and general enquiries.
• Ensure the lobby and surrounding hotel areas are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Keep front desk/back office clean, tidy, and supplied with all the necessary items.
  

Who you are

• Outgoing, friendly, and able to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Able to interact clearly and politely with guests, addressing their questions and requests.
• Capable of handling luggage and being on your feet for extended periods.
• A team player, work well with other team members and support a cohesive, collaborative environment.
