Opportunities for your role

As a Chef de Partie, you will join a vibrant an energetic team of chefs. Together, you will strive to deliver the best service and cuisine possible.

This is a full-time position, where you will help deliver amazing food experiences for our guests. Therefore, you have a great passion for food, diversity and culture, and we will do our best to help you expand your knowledge.

What you will be doing:

• Cooking à la carte orders for dinner guests.
• Preparing coffee breaks and serving a variety of different food options for the hotel’s banquet guests.
• Supporting with handling orders.
• Preparing food for the hotel’s staff canteen.
• Doing prep-work for the upcoming shifts.
• Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Who you are:

• You have previous experience in a hotel kitchen, experience in an Italian cuisine is a plus.
• You have no problems to communicate in English on a professional level, both written and verbal.
• You know how to work together as a team.
• You can follow SOPs, cleaning practices, and service standards.
• You are open to work mostly evening shifts, with a few occasional morning or middle shifts. Flexible to work all days of the week.
• You are a foodie and passionate about service.
• You want to represent NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne’s values in a professional and kind matter.
